Named functional owners
Every programme has a named owner for regulatory performance, for supply continuity, for quality and pharmacovigilance, and for commercial delivery. Those names appear in the operating documents, not only on a web page.
A shared scorecard
The measures those owners are accountable against are shared with the customer rather than held internally — fill rate, stockout days, lead time, expiry, complaint closure and recall readiness.
